Norsk Bergmekanikkgruppe inviterer i tradisjonen tro til årets Vårslepp torsdag 9. mars hos Vegdirektoratet i Oslo. Vi innleder med årsmøtet før vi tar fatt på faglige innlegg og diskusjon med påfølgende tapas, godt drikke og sosialt samvær.

I november 2016 kom Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet ut med en ny versjon av håndbok N500 Vegtunneler. Samtidig ble det utgitt en foreløpig utgave av håndbok V520 Tunnelveiledning, som gir utfyllende veiledning og anbefalinger i forhold til kravene i håndbok N500. Et interessant aspekt er at det nå er definert at dimensjonerende brukstid skal være 100 år for tunnelkonstruksjonen og 50 år for vann- og frostsikringskonstruksjonen, i kombinasjon med at kravet til inspeksjon bak vann- og frostsikringshvelv er fjernet. Minimumstykkelse for sprøytebetong i undersjøiske tunneler har blitt økt til 10 cm, og det har blitt satt strengere krav til presentasjon av ingeniørgeologiske plan og profiltegninger (både med tanke på målestokk og innhold/detaljnivå). Styret i Norsk Bergmekanikkgruppe ønsker velkommen til en hyggelig ettermiddag og kveld.

The 3^rd International Conference on Rock Dynamics and Applications (RocDyn-3) will be held on 25-29 June 2018 in Trondheim, Norway. It is a specialized conference supported by the ISRM – the International Society for Rock Mechanics and the NBG – the Norwegian National Group of Rock Mechanics. In addition to the traditional topics in rock dynamics, RocDyn-3 will pay special attentions to application topics, such as rockburst, dynamic rock support, seismic management, blasting, percussive drilling, earthquake damage to rock structures, etc. In addition to the technical sessions, two Forums will be organized on topics of “Rockburst and Dynamic Rock Support” and “Rock Dynamics”. Some experts both from mining and civil engineering are invited to give talks, but the Forums are mainly for open discussions. After the conference, technical excursions will be organized to visit subsea tunnels, rock engineering sites, Norwegian geology, etc. One can find more details about the conference in the attached Bulletin No. 2 or on the website (http://www.rocdyn.org).
